Mr. Rabin Nepal

Mr. Nepal is the Director of the Company and himself an engineer & Lawyer with vast experience in construction and dispute resolution. Mr. Rabin has been working as a contracts and disputes advisor for several years for a multinational contracting company. Since then, he has advised on construction projects in numerous countries around the world, acting on both the Contractor and Employer sides. He has been involved in providing consultancy services to a variety of major national and international construction projects, including hydroelectricity, airport expansion, water management and sanitation, and road and bridge constructions, among others. He has extensive knowledge and working experience with the FIDIC form of contract and its practical applications.
